Rice Lake's BCi belt scale weigh frame is extremely accurate and durable for process control and load-out applications. It can process up to 10,000 tons per hour with a maximum belt speed of 1,200 feet per minute. Four laterally opposed shear beam load cells are mounted in a unitized idler frame, which compensates for torque load and speed changes. The system achieves 1% accuracy with a single idler and 0.5% with a two-idler configuration.
