ZM155 Weight Indicator

The safe ZM155 weight indicator offers a reliable solution for simple weighing tasks in Hazardous zones. Uniquely, it can operate in tandem with non-hazardous ZM indicators in a Master & Slave setup, enabling remote key functions like zero, print, and tare on either device. This tandem configuration also leverages the additional communication ports on the non-hazardous ZM indicator, ideal for safe area printing or data transmission to a PC via ethernet.

Each ZM155 is enclosed in IP69K rated 304 brushed stainless steel, making it ideal for use in demanding industrial, hazardous environments. Use the included desk mount for easy installation or add an optional wall mount bracket for additional mounting options.

The ZM155 can be used with standard RS232 or RS485 communications or with the optional ZM155-COM module to connect to safe area control systems. Commands to control the ZM155 from both hazardous and safe areas allow ultimate flexibility as it adapts to business workflow.

Each unit features a numeric keypad with chemical resistant, domed keys which give the user crisp, positive tactile feedback when compressed. In fact, application specific keys allow weighing operations to carry out quickly and effectively.

Versatile and flexible, the ZM155 Indicator is able to adapt to a wide range of applications from bench and floor scales to outdoor vehicle weighing and weighing in hygienic food environments.
