QTLTS SCALE CARRIAGE
The durability ofstronghe QTLTS Scale Carriage is immediately apparent. The scale’s design features two metal plates. The plates are coupled together by application-designed Avery Weigh-Tronix Weigh Bar weight sensors. This design has no flexures, hydraulics or springs that can affect weighing while the mast is tilted. The Weigh Bars electronically measure the load on the forks and convey this information to an embedded summing box. Compiled weight information is then passed on to the in-cab instrument via a cable. The entire carriage assembly is primed and finished with a high grade powder paint.
Easy Installation
The scale is attached to the existing forklift carriage and uses the forklift’s stock forks. If needed, the scale and instrument system can be moved to another truck in minutes
The QTLTS is the solution for monitoring loads handled by forklifts that do not require legal-for-trade accuracy. The QTLTS consistently provides 99% or better weight accuracy of the applied load regardless of the position of the forks or mast. The Quick Tach scale carriage attaches to an existing forklift carriage and withstands up to 200% of full capacity applied anywhere up to 24” from the frame and side loads up to 100% of full capacity- ITA Class II Cleat Type – 5,000 x 1 lb

Capable of displaying up to 19 di erent data fields simultaneously, each of which can be accessed via the touchscreen. Also displays operator “pop-ups”, wireless status, on-demand diagnostics, alpha-numeric entry, stored records and metrological details.

Operator training is fast; common keys are placed along the edge of the display: Power, F1 (for special applications), Store and Zero.
